These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website swarm.notpeople.ai (the "Site"), operated by NotPeople Network ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is an informational and marketing website describing NotPeople Network's services. It does not, by itself, constitute an offer to provide services or create a service contract. Service engagements are entered into through separate written agreements executed via direct contact (e.g. Telegram, email, or a signed contract). You may view, quote, and share excerpts with attribution and a working link back to the original URL. You may not republish, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works at scale without our prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks (e.g. Reddit, X, LinkedIn, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Google) are the property of their respective owners and are used on the Site for descriptive purposes only. Their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or otherwise reproduce substantial portions of the Site beyond what is permitted by robots.txt and the AI-crawler allowances stated there.
• Interfere with the operation of the Site, distribute malware, or attempt to overload our infrastructure.
• Use Site content to train a commercial AI model in violation of the licenses granted in our llms.txt.

5. No professional advice

Articles on the Site discuss marketing, SEO, AI search, and adjacent industry topics. They are intended as general information and do not constitute legal, financial, regulatory, or other professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating the applicability of any information to your situation and for obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.
